Careers Discovered in AI & Machine Learning – Here is the capital you need to create your Digital Footprint

FOR STUDENTS
From paid internships to steady work; you need a playbook, for your game, on purpose.

ORGANIZATIONS & ADMINISTRATORS
Are your graduates equal to the task of what is needed in the Workforce. If not, consumers are questioning the need for the Higher Education expense

Our research on the network gap shows that living in a high-income neighborhood, going to a top school and working at a top company can lead to a 12x advantage in accessing opportunities. This means that two people with the exact same skills, but who were born into different neighborhoods, may be worlds apart when it comes to the opportunities afforded them. All of these new metrics and insights can help us pinpoint the skills and jobs of the future, but it’s going to take more than data to ensure that the Fourth Industrial Revolution is an equitable one. OUR CONNECTIONS
In partnership with Industry experts specializing in digital transformation from AR/VR, AI, Machine Learning, Digital Health, Sustainability, Manufacturing, and Fintech, PPDG has designed an industry-leading curriculum in collaboration with Innovation Hub experts from Johns Hopkins University (with an ecosystem of 3 Innovation Hubs) to equip and empower students so they can accel in their field of interest. Hubs are revenue-generating for Institutional Advancement Models, fit for the 21 st Century, framed for a global growth mindset in alignment with industry standards and innovation positioning the Institution and the students as assets for value creation.
OUR TALENT
Innovation Hubs, by design, have a customized and credentialed staff. The Game Meets Game turn-key model allows the administration to build capacity, strategic planning and sustainable model for future growth, while focusing on the real-time needs of the student’s development.
OUR STRATEGY
PPDG has served Global Fortune 500 C-suite Executives, Large NGO’s, Academic Institutions and government leaders for over 20 years. PPDG’s unique Talent Development model had resulted in an 80% success rate for diverse talent development. PPDG developed the Game Meets Game Futurism Innovation Hub to bridge the Financial, Access and Immersive Experience and Social Capital gaps that exist between students and their career choices. From soft-skills development to Capstone Projects; Game Jams to Career Guidance Assessments, students develop innovative skill sets that will disrupt outdated business models and attract employers across industries and sectors.

As the non-profit Arm of Professional Pipeline Development Group (PPDG); Game Meets Game is the maker space for development, discovery and the science of learning through failure;  , creativity, problem-solving, and general thinking and learning.  The PPDG Team moves seamlessly between the two worlds to support the transformation of traditional models of change and growth in Industry (C-Suite Leaders and Decision Makers) and The Academy (Cabinet Leaders).

Our primary focus is on the future of work, and the development of emerging scholars and early career leaders.  Why?  By 2030 the digital intensity in the world of work will demand talent that is highly skilled, and have a proficiency in critical thinking, team collaboration,  communication through original storytelling, mental strength and flexibility.  Talent originating in under resourced zip codes has the capacity, they simply need the exposure and access.

The curriculum is set

The outcomes are proven. As the Non-Profit Arm of Professional Pipeline Development Group (PPDG), a team of experts from organizations including Korn Ferry and Center for Creative Leadership, collaborated with us to create Career Development OnRamp℠.  The learning objectives were originally set for “high potential” diverse corporate leaders.  With over 20 Cohorts of enterprise candidates, the outcomes have resulted in an 80% career improvement rate.   We wanted to bring the same rigor to the black emerging scholar and early-career leader.  The primary learning objective is to expand emerging leader’s’ capacity to excel in cross- functional teams and initiatives, across national and global boundaries. We have staged 2 Proof of Concepts with Cohorts in a) a Year-long enrollment and b) a “snap shot” experiential learning enrollment.  Beginning with pre-work of a self-assessment and/or an Aptitude Assessment, the initial outcomes indicate a readiness to

  • own their development process – I alignment with their values and what they are good at
  • engage with solid models of leadership, embodied by leaders from all Industry Sectors – who are purpose-driven
  • understand what power is in life and work
  • craft a personal playbook, understanding that is a living document allowing for continuous learning, while grounded in their purpose

Cohort members of Career Development OnRamp℠ are selected based on stern criteria.  The are committed to a development process enabling them to learn and change or jettison outdated thinking, confidently exhibit leadership skills to excel in their career and become organizational vanguards in the new era of work.
