What Ideas are in the Pipeline?

It’s possible that the talent your organization will need doesn’t yet exist. It may still be in nascent form, talent potential that, with the right input and nurturing will develop employees with the skills and experience your organization and others will need to tackle new challenges. Organizations stand to gain a great deal from building a reputation as this sort of company. Not only will they develop the talent they will need, aligned with current and future strategic challenges, there are other benefits as well. They will also build loyalty and the lower attrition that goes with it—important in the current environment with some many resignations—as well as the great word of mouth in the marketplace as a great place to build a career.

In modern society, change is a constant. Leadership in countries change, viewpoints and opinions change, and people will move away from the places they hold dearest. Even though it is commonplace in our lives to see change, the hardest variable is the ability to adjust to it. In East Africa, a society very different from that of America, yet still connected in a tragic way, I believe that there is one way to adjust: step back and listen. The most intelligent people in a given consensus are those who are able to process their surroundings and use that for their benefit. To adjust is not only using our eyes to see or our ears to hear, but using our communication skills to interact with the natives of the area and learn from them. Sometimes the greatest leaders need to sit back and be educated themselves, rather than educating others, especially in a new Granted there will be a culture shock, and everyday routines will be unfamiliar, but if we are able to be open to learning, the greater we’ll be. If we use the advanced technology, we have been blessed with such as advanced internet communication, smartphones, laptops, and worldwide broadband, we can create even greater innovations that spread across cultures. Through said technologies, we can share authentic East African culture on a global scale, and highlight a place that isn’t always portrayed in today’s society. By doing this, we are not only contributing to an already amazing legacy, but focusing the attention of the spectacular culture that is already there. The prompt brought an inquiry to our attention, which asked if we would survive. The question should be asking if we would not just survive, but thrive. The answer to this is yet so short, but the magnitude of it is so large: Absolutely! We are going to thrive with the legacy that has been established, and with the help of revolutionary new technologies, we will go to even greater places. Through shining a light on East Africa’s rich history and legacy after listening and learning ourselves, we supplant our own legacy and thrive.

When I watched the movie “Marvel’s Black Panther” I never thought about putting himself in the actual movie as a character or just a person living there. However, ever since this question was posed, I have been thinking more and more about it, and also wondering if could actually survive in the setting of one of the things I strongly believe is needed to survive in any setting is perseverance. You have to be willing to obtain a strong and open mindset, for example, when you are faced with a challenge; you cannot give up so easily because when you give up you don’t learn anything, and furthermore you do not benefit from the success that you get when you overcome your challenges and come out on top.”

A community is only as strong as its leaders, therefore, the thought leadership that would contribute to this legacy would be having the ability to take constructive criticism, having an open-door policy in which people feel free to talk and to be mentally strong because sometimes things will become challenging when working with people. These leadership qualities are imperative in order for the community to support initiatives as well as setting examples for others. When people are blessed with talents it is imperative to give back to the As a result, all citizens will be required to give back to the community through volunteering. Through volunteering, the community is strengthened, future generations are educated and better equipped to lead, and the community will survive and flourish. In conclusion, Wakanda is filled with rich culture and Black Excellence and it would be an honor for me to support, lead and give back to the Wakanda community.
